Method of preparation

Frying pan: 3 minutes on moderate heat. Turn every now and then.
Oven: 6-8 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.
Barbecue or grill: Rub with (olive) oil. Grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes.


Enjoy Skewers from the barbecue or grill, delicious with fried rice, chips or a baguette. A consumer packaging GoodBite vegetarian Skewers contains five skewers marinated in a spicy sauce. A Skewer weighs 25 grams (unmarinated).

*Egg white is from free range chickens.
