Method of preparation

Frying pan: 6-8 minutes on moderate heat. Turn every now and then.
Oven : 8 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.


The GoodBite Schnitzel is a meat substitute coated in crunchy breadcrumbs with a delicious flavour which goes well with a potato and vegetable dish for instance. The main ingredients are soya and wheat protein. This GoodBite product is enriched with vitamins and minerals, making it a nutritious meal component. This vegetarian Schnitzel weighs 100 grams.
