Method of preparation

Frying pan: 12-14 minutes on medium heat. Turn halfway.

Oven: 15-17 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.

Airfryer: 5-7 minutes at 200°C.


This delectable mushroom burger is made from 100% vegetable ingredients. Mushrooms provide a full, hearty bite. The Italian mushroom burger is a great combination with spinach and some sun-dried tomatoes for a sunny touch. It has a nice and crispy crust. A vegan Italian Style Burger weighs 90 grams.
